Stevens Suites, a 32 unit development, will be previewed by its owner EL Development later this month or early next month. The project at Stevens Close is freehold tenure and prices will be between S$1,680 to S$2,050 psf. Three quarters of the project will be occupied by 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with 8 penthouse units also available for sale.
An executive condominium site near Punggol MRT station attracted bids from five developers. The winning bid of S$223.7 million, equivalent to S$308 psf ppr, fell within market expectations. The developer plans to build a 17 storey, 600 unit project with full condominium facilities.
A Seletar site, bought by Far East Organisation in a state tender last year, is about to begin development. The developers intend to build a two storey mall on the site with a new low-rise condominium behind it. The Greenwich, a 319 unit project, could be launched for sale as early as within the next two months.
