First time buyers will be pleased with the latest build-to-order developments at (Corporation Tiara) Jurong West and Bukit Panjang (Senja Gateway). It has been announced that some 965 units (95% of the total available units) will be allocated to first time buyers.
The Tiara site offers 4-5 bedroom flats ranging in prices from just under SGD 250K- 325K. The Senja development consists of studio flats, 4 and 5 bedroom flats. They are priced at SGD 67,000 - 308,000. The development also benefits from the inclusion of a built-in residents committee and child care centre.
It is reported that the units are being offered on the market at around 12-15 % below resale market rates. If there is continued market demand, over 16,000 units will be expected to be offered to the first-time home owners.
