The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the residential site at Punggol Central / Punggol Walk today.
The site at Punggol Central / Punggol Walk was launched for public tender on 26 October 2010. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease.
A total of 7 bids were made for the land with the top bid $363 million.
A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated, which will be publicised at a later date.
